It can ill afford many more foldings, but it is solid and in one piece. 21 bright and “as-new” condition sample buttons are laced to the board with a piece of cotton twine from the reverse. Six Crown buttons including the Model 1915 Pewter finish and Uhlan in two finishes, Nord Deutsher Lloyd Streamship Line- Bremen, a pewter finish Imperial Navy, and a lovely Chauffeur’s button in gilt with a silhouette of a circa 1915 motorcar among others. Each button has it’s inventory number in ink below it. The red matt board is edged in a gold ribbon. To stabilize the weak display board, it has been mounted in a butterfly display mount (Riker Mount).
