U.S. Military Model 1879 Springfield Trapdoor Combination Tool, marked “U S MOD 1879” on the wrench flat. Blued steel, two piece construction with a rivet, 2 5/8” long x 1” at punch x 3/8’ wide (at rivet). One piece has a medium flat screwdriver blade, the other has a 1/4” wrench, a pin punch and a large flat blade. This tool has some light pitted area and some mottled finish as shown in the images.
