US World War One Victory Medal with Navy “ATLANTIC FLEET” Bar. Navy recipients of the Victory Medal received bars that were edged in a twisted rope pattern. This one is a “ATLANTIC FLEET” designation. The medal has an excellent patina. The ribbon is fairly bright.
