U.S. WW2 First Special Service Force PATCH- fat variation (The LEFT patch in the photos of two). It shows as a red arrowhead with “USA” and “CANADA” in white. This is an original WW2 issued patch. Slightly wider than the more common normal variation. It measures 1 9/16” wide x 3 3/8” tall. It has been glued into an album, and a thin layer of white glue remains on the back. Original First Special Service Force patches are rare, and the fat variation is even more scarce. Pictures of the “fat” and “skinny” variations together are shown for comparison.
