Japanese 1960’s Table Lighter, slush cast Tank mounted Missile Launcher. 7 ½” long x 2 ½” wide x 3” tall. The missile tank base was cast to fit the butane lighter which inserts from the top. The tank base is un-marked, the lighter is marked “JAPAN”. There are no makers makes otherwise. I filled the lighter with some butane, and it functions well and held the little amount of gas I charged it with for days. The flame height is is an adjustable. Lighter butane is available around the world in tobacco shops. Missile warfare ramped up in the late 1950’s, and this table lighter would have been leading edge. It weighs 1¼ pounds.
